Holli and I were on the way to school after feeding Tigger in the morning. We stopped at a light and I turned to see a very intense look on her face while she was looking out the window and kind of counting on her fingers.
I asked her what she was thinking about, and she said, "Oh, nothing." then a pause, then "I was thinking about a hot dog stand". How awesome are the things that go on in the mind of a seven year old!
She continued by telling me how she thinks it would be great to have a hot dog stand that also sells ice cream and lemonade. She was in the process of devising prices for these goods, and that must have been what she was counting. I think she's trying to figure out how many hot dogs she'll have to sell to be able to buy the four horses she plans to have in the near future.
